  • Leadership Forge is for senior leaders who lead teams but aren’t at the very top of the organisation — the people in the thick of it, juggling performance, people, and politics.


    If you want to grow your impact, sharpen your leadership, and be part of a group that really gets it, this is for you.

  • You’ll fill in a short application so we can learn a bit about you and what you’re looking for. We’ll review every application personally and let you know if we think you’re a good fit for one of our cohorts.


    If we’re a match, you’ll be invited to join your first session — completely free of charge.

    Each session is two hours long, with just eight people. We follow Chatham House Rule — what’s shared stays in the room. You’ll hear an inspiring idea, tackle a real-world problem together, and leave with clear next steps and a stronger sense of direction.

  • Most sessions are held in person in central venues across cities like Leeds — sometimes in inspiring spaces like recording studios or university theatres.


    We’ll always let you know in advance where your group will meet, and we make sure every venue is comfortable, energising, and easy to reach.
